HI, I’M KEHINDE. CALL ME KENNY.

I wear many hats.

I’m a passionate public speaker and I’ve spoken on a couple of international stages including German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) conferences in Germany 2016-2018, Clinton Global Initiative in Arizona 2014, South American Business Forum in Buenos Aires 2010, United Nations in Geneva 2017 and Accra 2012 and so on.

I am also an organizational coach and agile management consultant. I have coached startup teams and multinational companies in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Nigeria. I have worked with small and big intercultural teams of over 200 people.

I am an award-winning author of 2 published books in print – “Liberty Dancehouse“ and “Tomorrow’s Realities Today”, 5 ebooks and several articles. Recently, my article on ‘Balancing Innovation and Time-Tested Practices‘ won (as top 25 of 3000) in Peter Drucker’s Global Challenge. I also received the United Nations World Summit Award as an Author.

I founded FeedOne Social Enterprise in Nigeria and Liberty Experience e.V. in Munich, Germany. Through these non-profit organizations –  I have trained over 1,000 people in Germany, helped over 50 individuals in Munich discover and pursue their passion. Moreover, together with my team, we’ve provided meals and clothing and scholarships to over 10,000 families in West Africa.

I have been part of several national delegations to the United Nations on global conferences discussing topics such as youth development, human rights, gender equality, rule of law and civic participation. I am a senior fellow of the DAAD – African Good Governance Network in Germany.

I am currently an Executive MBA candidate at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. I hold a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, Germany. I currently work at Netlight Consulting in Munich Germany.

I love to write, sing, play the percussions and drum set in my leisure time. I am married to the Masterpiece – Olayinka Oladeji and have a baby girl – Christelle Fawumi.

I started leading an agile transformation project

I led an agile transformation project for a large corporation. My achievements included the redefinition of the company's strategic vision and clear product goals as well as a reorganization of teams and leaders across its product, content and tech organizations.
