How to Ignite Continuous Growth in Organizations with OKR

Five months ago, I started the journey of helping a large organizatio0n in re-define its strategic vision and product goals. Over the months, the organization struggled with communication and alignment across its product, content and tech organizations.
I was asked to co-lead the implementation of OKRs to help the organization fix these issues and improve performance through focus, innovation and improved engagement.
Looking back, it’s very impressive to see how much the organization has improved with communication and alignment.
